Before you call
What does it cost to get someone out?
$89 for the diagnostic visit, and we drop that charge entirely if you approve the repair. After the diagnosis you get one flat price covering parts and labor — no hourly meter running.
Can you come out today?
Usually. Calls before roughly 2pm can normally be slotted into a same-day window somewhere in the valley. If today is full we'll put you first on tomorrow's run rather than leaving it open-ended.
Do you carry parts with you?
Each van stocks the parts that fail most often across the major brands — pumps, belts, igniters, thermostats, door switches, control boards. That's how most jobs finish in a single visit. Rarer parts are usually here in one to three days.
Which brands do you handle?
Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Kenmore, Sub-Zero and Viking, among others. Mention the brand when you book so the right parts ride along.
Is the work guaranteed?
90 days on parts and labor, written on your invoice. If the same fault returns inside that window, we come back and sort it at no charge.
